As it is common knowledge that exercise can give people so many benefits, why are more people not taking more exercise? There can many causes and some are more complex than others. A common barrier that many people face is having a lack of motivation to do exercise. There are many reasons and excuses not to start or to continue. These can be not having enough time, being too fat, too tired and the list goes on.
